Not a fit

  • Immediate crisis or emergency care — Use emergency services, 988, or a higher level of care when safety is urgent.
  • Active high-risk self-harm requiring intensive support — A comprehensive DBT program, IOP, PHP, or emergency evaluation may be more appropriate.
  • Clients outside California — The practice serves adults located in California.
  • Court-mandated evaluations — Unless explicitly arranged, forensic or court-mandated evaluations are not offered.

Specialties

  • OCD & ERP therapy — Help with unwanted thoughts that keep returning, mental reviewing, reassurance-seeking, and the pressure to feel completely certain.
  • Perfectionism therapy — Support when high standards and the need for control begin to make daily life harder to live with.
  • Emotional Regulation therapy — Skills to understand, tolerate, and work with intense emotions without feeling overrun by them.
  • Trauma & PTSD therapy — Trauma-informed care to process the past and create space for a steadier future.
